Roles/Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for enterprise clients and big brands, ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist the sales team by educating clients on services during the later stages of the sales process.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date portfolio records.
- Facilitate software training sessions for both clients and internal teams.
- Monitor and manage docketing and data reconciliation processes.
- Contribute to process improvements and support change management initiatives
Required skills
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on relationship management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ideally experience in Legal field or Intellectual Property
