Roles/Responsibilities
- Conduct design reviews and manage technical risks, ensuring manufacturability and risk mitigation.
- Address defects with customers and approve engineering activities at the project level.
- Develop and monitor engineering timelines, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Manage engineering budget inputs and track project spending.
- Handle BOM costs and related technical issues.
- Collaborate to assign resources for engineering projects.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and drive corrective actions.
Required skills
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with relevant experience.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Experience and knowledge of product development processes.
Preferred skills
- Strong skills in creating technical reports and summaries.
