This role allows you to define system requirements, coordinate teams, resolve issues with customers, and contribute to system FMEA.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Analyze stakeholder requests and define system use cases and functions in the Product Definition Document (PDD).
- Ensure completeness of stakeholder requirements and establish traceability, verification criteria, and responsibilities.
- Specify non-functional product/platform requirements, process and project execution, test/validation, and manufacturing requirements.
- Coordinate and align system requirements with all affected competencies/teams, and clarify resulting issues.
- Support the product owner in clarifying unresolved questions with the customer.
- Contribute to the System FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis).
- Conduct system checkout and communicate with customers to report test results, including issue analysis.
Required skills
- Structured problem solving tools (5Y, Fish Bone).
- Proficiency on technical reporting and summary.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese.
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of product development processes, including ASpice and ISO26262 standards.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with relevant practical experience.
- Experience in vehicle network topology, HW schema, and debugging.

- Practical experience in the domain knowledge of developed products.
- Strong customer interaction experience and self-driven, results-oriented attitude with high accountability.
