Junior Client Services (Financial Services)

Junior position to break into Financial Service industry.
(Fluency in both Japanese and English is requited)

Roles/Responsibilities

• Report and respond to customers' requirements as the first level of escalation.
• Interacting with various operations functions as a mediator to ensure clear delivery.
• Engage with external business partners to build solid client relationships.
• Consult across internal teams to enhance techniques to improve efficiency.
• Assist with system implementation projects as assigned.

Required skills

• Fluent Japanese and English language proficiency is required.
• Basic understanding (securities products knowledge, operational process etc.) within Financial Services industry.

Preferred skills

• Technical knowledge in transaction systems and relevant trade support platforms.

Personal Attributes

• Enjoys and diligent in working with clients.
• Efficient communication skills.
