As the Manager of the HR team in Morgan McKinley Japan, I focus on recruiting for mid to executive level Human Resource positions across all industries, with a focus on the Financial Services and IT sectors. I have a strong track record working with both established global and domestic organizations as well as startups.

My Advice

Many good things that happen in life often happen when you least expect it, and the same when changing jobs. Nethertheless, being well prepared by knowing the market, understanding your own strengths/weaknesses and what you want to achieve for your next step will help you to secure that dream job. Don’t just start searching the market when you want a change or when you are desperate for a new job. It is always sensible to keep an open mind and have a discussion with us ahead of time as you never know when the perfect opportunity will come along.

My Background

Originally from Hong Kong, I also worked and resided in Beijing and Shanghai, before moving to Tokyo. I started my career in recruitment in 2011 in Shanghai specializing in Human Resources, moving to Japan in 2015 to work in the same area. Prior to recruiting, I worked in sales and marketing and operation roles within the real estate sector throughout Hong Kong and China. I am trilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin and English with conversational Japanese skills.
