Roles/Responsibilities
- Assist the Development, Design, and Project Management teams, collaborating with engineering coordinators in Tokyo and globally.
- Enhance coordination between customers and the company for all ongoing projects.
- Create and deliver presentations to Japanese customers, ensuring regular updates across the organization.
- Provide product, pricing, and market insights to team members.
- Visit customer departments, such as Purchasing and Engineering, to identify growth opportunities and review project progress.
- Align closely with internal teams for detailed sales activities and strategy implementation.
- Maintain customer orders and forecasts, ensuring accurate production planning and documentation.
Required skills
- Sales experience in the automotive industry
- Ability to effectively negotiate with customers and collaborate with internal teams.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred skills
- Experience working in a foreign company
- Sales experience with J-OEMs
- German Language ability
