Lead proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and deal closure to achieve business targets.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure proper documentation in internal systems.
Oversee billing and revenue management processes, ensuring timely payment collection.
Build strong relationships with alliance and strategic partners to promote joint business initiatives.
Proven track record in sales or account management within the insurance industry (both Life and P&C sectors).
Experience working with Japanese and global clients in a consulting or professional services environment.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
Skilled in contract discussions and deal closure with both domestic and international clients.
Japanese: Fluent (for client communication and negotiations).
English: Business level (for coordination with global teams).
Strong relationship-building, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
Familiarity with sales management tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Experience working in global, cross-functional teams across regions like India or China.
Proven success in engaging senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
