Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with high-value sellers across Japan.
- Upsell and cross-sell products, offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to share insights and drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and operational improvements in the Japan market.
- Work with internal teams to negotiate custom pricing and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales and operational targets, including revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and products, ensuring long-term success for sellers.
Required skills
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success, with a proven track record in SaaS.
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese (spoken and written) and English (reading and writing).
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in emerging markets and manage client relationships effectively.
Preferred skills
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage client relationships and sales opportunities.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams to drive business growth.
- Passion for supporting small business success and understanding market trends in Japan
