Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support investment transaction processes from origination to completion.

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive M&A and PMI activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an investment bank, private equity fund, or strategic consulting firm based in Japan.
- Hands-on experience in M&A or post-merger integration (PMI) is essential.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in high-performing teams.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level fluency (spoken and written).
- English: Intermediate to business-level proficiency.
