Start immediately as a Bilingual Agile PMO supporting AWS cloud projects for a major Japanese system integrator. This role involves governance, project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with security policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage large-scale enterprise or government-level AWS projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the governance of AWS cloud projects, ensuring project objectives and deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards to track progress, risks, and issues.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive project success.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies related to public domain projects.
- Facilitate Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management processes and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-5 years of Project Management / PMO experience with cloud-based projects.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Project Management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Fluent
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate) are a plus.
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification is an advantage.
- Experience working on Japanese government or enterprise-level AWS cloud projects.
