Roles/Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1-2 support for users on the Global IT Platform, escalate to Level 3 or third-level teams as needed, and handle Level 3 support for local development scripts such as VBA and Python.
- Coordinate incident follow-ups, reporting, and prioritize issues and enhancement requests in collaboration with users, business lines, global IT teams, and local vendors.
- Manage reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to issue resolution and reliability plans.
- Offer business insight and technical expertise across sites while identifying and implementing process and procedural improvements.
- Document and optimize support activities to enhance team efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is required, with French being a strong advantage. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in application support, along with knowledge of SQL, and experience in development (Java, Python, or VBA) is a plus. Familiarity with finance, particularly in asset management, is highly desirable.
