Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate KYC completion.
- Collect, review, and verify client documentation for compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify and escalate potential risks related to AML, sanctions, and other compliance concerns.
- Work closely with Sales, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve onboarding-related inquiries.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to global KYC standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-5 years in financial regulation, client onboarding, KYC, AML, or compliance-related areas.
- Proven experience adhering to and updating governing procedures in line with global KYC standards.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent (required for documentation and compliance).
- English: Intermediate to Business level (for internal communication and reporting).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in account opening, financial regulatory processes, and risk assessment.
- Background in global financial operations and regulatory frameworks.
