Client Services Associate

A global client advisory company is seeking a Client Services Associate to support key clients by working closely with project managers to help connect clients with relevant industry experts and deliver tailored insights.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Identify and engage industry professionals to fulfill client needs within deadlines.
• Coordinate expert consultations and ensure smooth execution of client requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and experts in the long run, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Required skills

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese and strong English communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in phone and email interactions.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Equivalent experience in client-facing or research roles.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
