Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day data center operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to SOPs.
- Monitor incidents and alerts, ensuring swift resolution while following established protocols.
- Lead the team in incident response, troubleshooting, and system recovery during operational disruptions.
- Act as the primary escalation point, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders during incidents.
- Ensure accurate documentation for audits, incident reports, and compliance with operational guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in IT operations, with at least 2 years in data center supervision.
