Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Deep knowledge of banking, securities, and payment industries (credit cards, mobile payments, fintech).
- Proven experience in strategy consulting, business planning, or operational transformation in financial services.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with global stakeholders.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native (required for client interactions and regulatory discussions).
- English: Business-level (TOEIC 800-850+), with the ability to conduct discussions and conference calls with overseas offices.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- MBA, PMP, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Experience working in international environments or studying abroad.
- Hands-on experience in operational reform, IT strategy, and implementation support in financial services.
