A leading global investment bank is seeking an Equity Derivatives Structuring Analyst to Associate to support the structuring and marketing of equity derivatives products, including QIS (Quantitative Investment Strategies). Key Responsibilities
- Structure and market equity derivatives products, including QIS solutions.
- Work closely with sales and trading to develop innovative structured solutions for clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in equity and rate derivatives.
- Assist in the execution and pricing of derivatives transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize structuring strategies and enhance deal efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Equity Derivatives Structuring, Trading, Rate Derivatives Structuring, or IBD Derivatives within an investment bank in Japan.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of derivative products, structuring strategies, and pricing models.
- Knowledge of risk management, quantitative finance, and financial instruments.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native-level fluency in both written and spoken communication.
- English: Business-level proficiency for internal coordination and reporting.
