Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client money reconciliations and calculate regulatory capital requirements in line with local financial regulations.
- Produce monthly regulatory returns and maintain accurate records for submission to local authorities.
- Support financial audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory examinations across business operations.
- Analyze the regulatory impact of new business initiatives and recommend operational adjustments to maintain compliance.
- Develop and document regulatory control procedures to enhance process integrity and accuracy.
- Define system and automation requirements to improve efficiency and accuracy in regulatory reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial control processes and reporting systems.
- Comfortable with automation tools, digital reporting, and process improvement.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level (required for local financial reporting).
- English: Intermediate to Business level (for global coordination and communication).
