Roles/Responsibilities

• Ambitious FP&A analyst wanted to drive strategic planning and financial analysis.
• Work closely with the CFO on strategic planning and analysis of financial KPIs.
• Collaborate with local management and report to HQ monthly and quarterly.
• Expand expertise in both P&C insurance and life insurance sectors.
• Conduct ad hoc business analysis and benchmarking for continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Native level Japanese, business English is required.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Finance division.

Preferred skills

• Clear communication style.
