Full-Stack Engineer - AdTech Platform (English Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical architecture and solve complex engineering challenges.

• Design scalable systems, write clean and testable code, and ensure code quality.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.

• Drive proactive improvements and stay up-to-date with new technologies.

• Mentor junior engineers, interns, and new graduates to foster team development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in system design and implementation.

  • Proficiency in Agile and SCRUM methodologies.

• Technical Skills:

  • Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • Back-end: Java (Spring Boot, Spring Batch), MySQL, NoSQL (MongoDB)

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and ability to deliver under pressure.

Language Requirements

• English: Fluent (required)

• Japanese: Not required

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Big Data tools: Hadoop, Hive, Spark

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks: React, Angular

• Working knowledge of NoSQL tools: Couchbase, Cassandra, Redis

• Experience with message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ

• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau)

• Understanding of enterprise system architecture and data pipeline design
