As a Cloud Project Manager, you will strengthen stakeholder alignment, ensure safe adoption of public cloud platforms, and support large-scale infrastructure projects in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cloud security guardrail implementation projects across enterprise platforms.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and delivery milestones.
- Align stakeholders across engineering, security, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Define requirements and drive rollout of security controls and governance standards.
- Resolve issues proactively and keep projects on track under changing priorities.
- Produce clear documentation, operational standards, and implementation frameworks.
- Report project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of IT project management experience in complex environments.
- Basic knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Foundational understanding of cloud security concepts and governance.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication experience.
- PMP and/or cloud certification preferred.
- Experience using Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Soft Skills:
- Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
- Confident communicator able to work across technical and business teams.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
