Join a global marketing and digital agency in Tokyo as a Content Producer (Haken), leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital content projects. This role sits at the center of digital production, process optimisation, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring content initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards aligned with client objectives.
You will work closely with creative, technical, and global teams, playing a key role in driving structured, scalable content operations in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of digital content projects from planning through delivery
- Optimise workflows and implement effective project management processes and tools
- Coordinate communication, schedules, and resources across local teams and global offices
- Enhance project documentation and enforce quality control throughout execution
- Build project schedules aligned with business goals using Agile and Scrum approaches
- Identify risks, manage budgets, and implement mitigation strategies for successful delivery
- Manage client expectations and provide guidance on execution, technology, and timelines
- Create Statements of Work, business requirements documents, and project kickoff plans
- Track deliverables and conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Align production timelines across multiple teams and workstreams
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of project management experience in digital, content, or marketing environments
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital projects across multiple teams
- Experience working with international stakeholders and global delivery teams
- Strong background in workflow optimisation, documentation, and operational process design
- Hands-on experience creating SOWs, business requirements, and risk management plans

- Experience with CMS platforms such as AEM or Sitecore and MarTech tools (DAM, PIM, MA, ABM)
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of UX/UI principles, information architecture, and Figma
- Advertising agency background and basic automotive industry knowledge
