You will balance business growth, system stability, and security compliance, working closely with engineers and business teams to ensure reliable, scalable payment services that support thousands of merchants nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to define project plans, requirements, and system designs.
- Lead and manage development projects from planning through release, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the platform.
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Oversee post-release service operations, system stability, and ongoing enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of web application project management experience.
- Hands-on experience with KPI management and service improvement activities.
- Experience operating and maintaining live production services.
Soft Skills:
- Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Clear communicator who collaborates effectively with both engineers and business teams.
