Roles/Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and operate scalable, complex systems across private and public cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Lead and mentor technical teams to deliver high-performance solutions aligned with business goals.
- Drive full-stack software development with Java (Spring) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Ensure system reliability and performance through advanced database management (MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch).
- Collaborate across departments to design innovative solutions for eCommerce and cloud transformation projects.
Required skills
- 8+ years' experience building and operating complex systems in cloud-based environments.
- 5+ years' experience managing technical teams with proven leadership skills.
- 5+ years' hands-on development experience in Java (Spring) and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Expertise in managing RDBMS and KVS systems in Linux-based server environments.
- Strong knowledge of containerized deployments with Docker/k8s and public cloud services (AWS/GCP).
Preferred skills
- Experience with eCommerce or large-scale transaction platforms.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to foster innovation within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Fluency in Japanese or strong communication skills for collaborating with local teams.
- Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.
