This senior leadership role is responsible for defining consulting strategy, driving enterprise client engagements, and building a high-performing consulting organization. You will work closely with executive leadership to scale data-driven services across data platforms, BI, and AI, directly shaping the company's next growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the consulting business strategy, driving growth from inception to scale.
- Lead pre-sales and proposal activities for enterprise clients.
- Design and deliver consulting engagements focused on data platforms, BI, and AI-driven analytics.
- Build, develop, and evaluate a high-performing consulting team.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance consulting service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CxO-level and executive stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience in IT or data consulting.
- Experience as a business owner, practice lead, or equivalent senior management role.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise pre-sales and proposal activities.
- Track record managing multiple consulting projects simultaneously.
Soft Skills:
- Strong business judgment with an executive-level perspective.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Leadership capability to drive initiatives proactively in uncertain and fast-changing environments.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a SaaS or data product company.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies.
- Background in startups or business launch / scale-up phases.
