Opportunity to lead new consulting division focused on Servicenow Technology
Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Servicenow consulting practice
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients (CxO, Department Heads) across industries as well as the Servicenow alliance
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end practice, including sales, delivery, and operations, of ServiceNow consulting, while working closely with other departments, and collaborate with clients to ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Recruit mentor and develop strong consultants for the Servicenow consulting practice
Required skills
- 2+ years of experience with Servicenow technology from a consulting, advisory, architecture presales, or engineering standpoint
- General experience in IT Consulting or Digital transformation consulting of 5+ years.
- Ability to manage senior relationships with clients while working with other division heads internally.
- Experience winning medium to large deals and clients in Japan while managing consulting execution/delivery
- Business level English is nice to have
