Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop high-level automation strategies that align with and support the client's business objectives, positioning them for sustainable success
- Oversee multiple large-scale projects, maintaining accountability for scope, timeline, and quality, while ensuring alignment with the client's broader digital strategy
- Lead client engagements from initial assessment and proposal development through execution and continuous improvement, providing expert guidance throughout
- Mentor senior managers and directors, building a robust team with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and delivering value
- Spearhead business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and expanding the firm's footprint within the automation market
- Serve as a thought leader, representing the firm in industry forums, publishing insights, and sharing knowledge with internal and external audiences
Required skills
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) required
- 12+ years of consulting experience, with a strong background in intelligent automation, digital transformation, and program leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-profile client engagements, building and sustaining executive-level relationships
