Roles/Responsibilities
- Define and lead the vision for the intelligent automation practice, setting strategic goals and building a cohesive team aligned with business objectives
- Establish and cultivate executive-level client relationships, positioning the firm as a strategic advisor and thought leader in automation
- Drive the development and implementation of high-impact automation solutions, overseeing all aspects of project delivery to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
- Manage the practice's financials, including revenue targets, profitability, and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals
- Oversee business development efforts, including client proposals, marketing initiatives, and new client acquisition strategies, to expand the practice's reach
- Act as a thought leader, participating in industry events, publishing insights, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team
Required skills
- 15+ years of consulting experience, with a proven track record in automation, digital transformation, and business strategy
- Extensive experience in business development and practice management, with a strong reputation in the industry
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with exceptional skills in team building, talent development, and client relationship management
