A bilingual IT professional is needed to manage user accounts, devices, and infrastructure for a growing fintech company.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all corporate IT-related matters.
- Manage and maintain identity provider systems, ensuring secure user accounts.
- Administer MDM systems for Windows, macOS, and Linux devices.
- Oversee Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) for Apple Business Manager (ABM) integration.
- Provide support for the cybersecurity team on user account and endpoint security.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and provide guidance on IT assets.
- Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Cybersecurity teams to meet regulatory requirements.
Required skills
- Proficiency in managing Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring high availability and security.
- Experience with identity provider systems and configuring SAML and SSO integrations.
- Strong knowledge of MDM systems, including device management for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Preferred skills
- Experience with Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) and Apple Business Manager (ABM) integrations.
- Familiarity with endpoint protection systems (EDR) and security policies.
- Ability to create and maintain automation solutions for improving user experience and efficiency.
