As a Legal Specialist / Paralegal in a listed SaaS company, you will support board operations, compliance, and contract management in a global and diverse workplace. This role involves handling contracts, supporting governance frameworks, and providing legal guidance across the business. You will also gain exposure to compliance processes and cross-border projects in a fast-growing cloud security leader.
Assist with board of directors' operations including preparation, minutes, and administration
Conduct legal reviews of internal workflows and approvals
Draft, review, and manage contracts, providing legal consultations depending on experience
Manage stamping procedures using DocuSign and physical seals
Maintain contract records through SaaS systems and paper originals
Review vendor contracts and terms with support from outside counsel
Support export control procedures, documentation, and maintain the legal portal
At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
Experience with board of directors' operations or legal checks preferred
Familiarity with contract management systems and electronic platforms (e.g., DocuSign)
Soft Skills :
Strong attention to detail and process management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate across teams
Proactive, team-oriented mindset with flexibility to handle diverse tasks
Japanese: Native level
English: Business/Intermediate level
Experience in IT or SaaS industries
Prior exposure to export control procedures
Understanding of governance in listed companies
