Operations Project Manager

You will report to Head of Operations and work closely with senior management group.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects involving system upgrades, implementations, and automation within operations functions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and integrate operational systems and tools.
• Oversee the technical execution of data migrations, reconciliations, and trade lifecycle automation.
• Ensure seamless communication between business units, development teams, and external vendors for project success.

Required skills

• 10+ years of experience in global financial institutions delivering strategic change programs.
• Relative experience working in Operations efficiency and change management projects.

Preferred skills

• Background working in Trade & Sales Support roles in middle or back office in Operations.

Personal Attributes

• Ability to lean, motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Capable of identifying issues and developing solutions.
