You will report to Head of Operations and work closely with senior management group.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects involving system upgrades, implementations, and automation within operations functions.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and integrate operational systems and tools.
- Oversee the technical execution of data migrations, reconciliations, and trade lifecycle automation.
- Ensure seamless communication between business units, development teams, and external vendors for project success.
Required skills
- 10+ years of experience in global financial institutions delivering strategic change programs.
- Relative experience working in Operations efficiency and change management projects.
Preferred skills
- Background working in Trade & Sales Support roles in middle or back office in Operations.
