Partner to lead Cyber Security consulting in the Financial Services Unit
Roles/Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and overseeing the cybersecurity consulting division for clients in the financial services sector.
- Develop, implement, and manage cybersecurity strategies that align with the unique challenges and regulatory requirements of the financial services sector.
- Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of cybersecurity risks that could impact clients' business continuity, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high performance.
- Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats, tools, and technologies, particularly those relevant to the financial services industry, and integrate these insights into client strategies.
Required skills
- 5+ years of Experience in GRC consulting, cyber security consulting, risk advisory, or similiar areas for financial services clients.
- 15+ years of total experience working with Major banks in Japan
- Strong Knowledge on regulatory / compliance issues and themes commonly seen related to FS risk
- Ability to manage a team and set strategic direction for mid term and long term growth
