Confidential Partner role to cover Hi-Tech, Semi-con, and Electronics Industries
Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Hi-Tech consulting practice
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients (CxO, Department Heads) in the Hi-Tech industry in Japan
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth within the Hi-Tech sector.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the Hi-Tech sector.
- Recruit mentor and develop strong consultants for the Hi-Tech practice
Required skills
- Experience in Management Consulting, IT Consulting, Sales focused on the Hi-Tech Industry, or as a Leadership member in a technology company
- Strong relationships with executives in key Hi-Tech client accounts in Japan
- Experience winning large deals with Hi-Tech clients in Japan and managing consulting execution/delivery
