A global travel technology company is seeking a Product Business Analyst to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the business operation.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, research, and development teams to support business model enhancements and multi-channel strategies.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics to assess key business objectives and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market and business analysis to provide actionable insights for optimization and localization efforts.
- Monitor and analyze product performance to identify trends, track campaign effectiveness, and generate strategic recommendations.
- Support business assessments through data-driven analysis and assist in refining operational strategies.
Required skills
- 3+ years in data or business analysis with a strong focus on translating insights into actionable business strategies.
- Skilled in data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau and Excel, with hands-on experience in SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, optimize performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
