Roles/Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities to achieve customer satisfaction in quality.
- Monitor and manage project teams to ensure full compliance with project standards.
- Ensure adherence to management policies, company quality standards, product group standards, and customer quality requirements.
- Continuously improve project quality standards, processes, and capabilities.
- Set goals aligned with product group objectives and deploy quality culture and improvement plans.
- Develop and manage the P1/P0 project quality network, ensuring appropriate skill levels for team members.
- Represent company in customer communications/escalations related to project quality and manage crisis situations.
Required skills
- Experience in People Management/
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Experience in quality management related to automotive parts.
Preferred skills
- In addition to the Japanese factory, interaction with overseas factories will occur, so experience in managing global stakeholders is a plus.
