As a Regional HR Manager, you will shape and implement HR strategies that support the growth of a leading global technology and e-commerce company. This role involves optimizing HR processes, managing core HR functions, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership. You will collaborate with diverse, global teams to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement, driving innovation and sustainable growth.
Collaborate with business units to understand organizational needs and deliver strategic HR and cultural solutions
Manage and enhance HR systems including recruitment, development, evaluation, placement, and compensation
Plan and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction
Provide consulting on organizational design and talent development strategies
Coordinate with corporate HR teams to promote and implement company-wide policies
Oversee general HR and labor-related activities
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR, organizational, and cultural matters
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in human resources
Extensive experience across multiple HR areas: system planning, labor relations, compensation, performance management, recruitment, training, and general operations
Proven experience in managing teams
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and take initiative
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and fostering collaboration
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Japanese: Native level
English: Business/Intermediate level
Ability to balance hands-on HR work with leadership responsibilities
Experience in mid-to-large sized organizations
Strong English proficiency with business-level communication skills
