A global payments technology company is looking for a Relationship Manager to strengthen client partnerships, drive business growth, and support the adoption of payment solutions within the education sector.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior and operational stakeholders to support client success and revenue growth.
- Create and implement strategic account plans to drive client engagement and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery, onboarding, and training for clients.
- Oversee contract renewals, pricing discussions, and explore opportunities for expanding product offerings.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, resolving challenges and fostering adoption of the company's solutions.
Required skills
- 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Experience in education, technology, or financial services is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deliver client solutions, and address challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
