A global hospitality technology company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive a new business unit's overall revenue growth and product presence in Japan.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate hospitality technology solutions to potential clients, including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management professionals.
- Drive the adoption of guest experience management software, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency for hospitality businesses.
- Manage the sales cycle, from client engagement to negotiation, proposal creation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with local and international teams to align on sales strategies and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business success.
Required skills
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Background in hotel operations or hospitality-focused sales is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Japanese, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Business-level English proficiency is desirable for collaboration with global teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about the hospitality industry.
