Roles/Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and operational support for the securities system
• System performance analysis and preventive maintenance improvements
• Project and vendor management
• Support for the development and operation of new features
• User support

Required skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in securities system support or development
• Knowledge of networks and databases
• Native-level proficiency in either English or Japanese
