Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with Japanese insurance clients, providing tailored non-life reinsurance solutions.
- Originate, structure, and place reinsurance programs that meet client risk and capital management objectives.
- Collaborate with the firm's global network to leverage international expertise, capacity, and insights.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the Japan franchise.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
