Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning and development programs for employees at all levels.
- Design leadership and career development initiatives to support employee growth.

- Manage internal and external training programs, workshops, and coaching initiatives.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of talent development strategies using data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years in talent development, corporate training, or HR business partnering.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership training and career development programs.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent (Native or Business-level).
- English: Business-level proficiency.
Soft Skills:
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to analyze training needs and measure program effectiveness.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in fast-paced, global organizations.
- Familiarity with HR analytics tools to track training effectiveness.
