Roles/Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Alignment: Oversee the technical customer roadmap, aligning it with the company's product planning strategy for automotive audio and active sound management solutions.
- Customer Influence and Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical champion, developing compelling strategies and delivering market-leading customer value with remarkable experiences and the right value propositions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and recommend technical strategies to support growth, while establishing and building relationships with OEMs and key stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support new business pursuits and customer engagements, ensuring alignment across divisions and stakeholders.
- Project Management and Execution: Manage project deliverables and technical submissions, presenting solutions to customers and internal departments until system approval is achieved.
Required skills
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in business, customer management, account planning, or technical experience in engineering, product planning, or business development.
- Customer Management: Experience in managing technical sales and commercial accounts, ideally within automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or infotainment/audio systems.
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English language

- Expertise in Automotive Systems: In-depth experience with automotive systems, particularly in electronics or software, along with a solid understanding of audio systems, noise reduction, and sound management technologies.
