As the Regional Client Services Director, I work with my team to deliver exceptional talent acquisition and related advisory services. My focus is on the deployment and expansion of Morgan McKinley's delivery capability throughout South-East Asia, including enhancing operational efficiency and delivering world-class client experiences. I come alongside our clients to strengthen their organisational talent management capabilities, leveraging technology in strategic ways. Additionally, I work closely with our growth team to expand the portfolio of clients in Talent Solutions. Lastly, I am committed to helping our clients maximise the potential of their most valuable asset — talent.

My Advice

Always keep an open mind when new opportunities present themselves, and don’t be afraid to learn new skills and gain exposure in a new area. Technology is an abler and when well used, can augment our capabilities in exponential ways. Feedback is the breakfast of champions so stay hungry for feedback!
