I am a strategic partner to my customers to solve their talent acquisition problems and get to the root cause of complex Talent issues. I design and implement solutions that span across, geographies and sectors. I aim to bring a comprehensive yet pragmatic approach to talent acquisition in the culturally diverse and often complex markets of Asia Pacific. I work with a team of subject matter experts to develop tailored recruitment solutions covering people, process and technology that help organisations address their critical hiring challenges and maximize opportunities providing measurable business outcomes.

I am sales & consulting leader with over 20 + years of recruitment experience specialising in Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Contingent work force/temp staffing/MSP and Talent acquisition solutions. I have extensive experience managing large complex deals, new business acquisitions, HR consulting for recruitment solutions for start-ups, MNCS and blue- chip organizations and owning the end-to-end cycle of complex RFP/RFI responses for talent acquisition solutions of global organizations.
