Having gained experience and exposure in both 360 Recruitment and In house recruitment, has granted me greater perspective to manage. Exposure to a multitude of positions has improved my agility and adaptability. Placing a candidate in a position that they are able to maximise their potential gives me a great sense of job satisfaction and achievement.
