Responsibilities
- Deliver frontline customer service, including handling phone calls, responding to enquiries from parents and the general public, attending to walk-in visitors, and administering basic first aid to students.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Carry out routine administrative duties such as filing, sorting, photocopying, and shredding documents.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel.
Requirements
- Possess a full GCE 'N', 'O', or 'A' Level certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative work, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with prior experience in reception duties.
- A proactive team player with a high level of initiative.
Additional Details
- Work Location: Choa Chu Kang
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, from 6:45 AM to 4:15 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break).
- Rest Days: No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
