Our client is embarking on a significant ERP transformation and seeks a proficient Change Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract offering a total remuneration package of $174,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed change impact assessments.
• Stakeholder mapping / engagement.
• Develop communications to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Develop and deliver training.
• Support the change manager with documentation.

What we are looking for:

• Change Analyst experience working on complex ERP programs.
• Diverse industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
