Change Management Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to drive the successful execution of change management plans across key projects and initiatives. This role requires strong collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to assess change impacts, develop and implement change strategies, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute change management plans for specific projects and initiatives.
Conduct stakeholder assessments and create targeted communication and engagement strategies.
Design and deliver training programs to support employee adoption of new processes and technologies.
Monitor change progress, identify potential barriers, and implement strategies to drive adoption.
Integrate change management activities within broader project plans.
Develop change-related collateral, including presentations, training materials, and communications.
Provide coaching and guidance to project sponsors, leaders, and employees to enable successful transitions.
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience leading change programs in large, complex organisations.
Strong understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Desirable:
Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Background in Learning & Development (L&D).
This role is open to candidates across NSW and may require regional travel (expenses paid).
