This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your consulting toolkit to a mission-driven organization, directly impacting the lives of small businesses and entrepreneurs.
As a key member of the Strategy & Operations team (this role can be based in ethier Sydney or Melbourne), you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing their people strategy. You'll:
- Operationalize Vision: Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable plans, driving alignment across our teams and partner functions. Develop and maintain the operating plan, including metrics and measurement frameworks, ensuring we're always optimizing for impact.
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives based on data-driven insights, influencing senior management and stakeholders with clear, concise communication. Prepare presentations for the leadership team and board, showcasing the impact of initiatives.
- Solve Complex Challenges: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address strategic and operational challenges. Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to drive efficiency and scalability across the organization.
- Empower a Team: Foster a culture of learning and innovation, championing best practices and sharing insights to elevate capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, preferably with a top-tier firm (MBB).
- Demonstrated experience in leading or contributing to large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling communications to senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Experience in workshop facilitation and delivery is highly desirable.
