Confidence is Key! Although people can be nervous during an interview process it is important to try and stay calm and be yourself. Make sure you know your CV inside and out, do your research on the job / company and above all else have confidence in what you are saying.
My Background
I graduated from UCC with a master’s in Management and Marketing and worked within the retail industry from a branding and product development perspective. My career began within the market I now recruit for as a front of house office Administrator. I then decided to pursue an exciting career in recruitment and joined the Morgan McKinley team in March 2019 and have never looked back.
I began my career in La Creme in the Office Support & Multilingual permanent market and there have been some changes along the way since.
Having moved internally to our Construction & Property team and then financial services, I have since returned to Business support.
I now recruiter temporary, fixed term contract and permanent roles across our business support division in Morgan McKinley.
