My Background

My career began in retail, and in 2016, I joined La Crème as an Associate Consultant specializing in the Temp and Contract Business Support market. After two years, I moved to Germany, gaining experience in a start-up environment. Following four years abroad, I returned to Ireland and resumed my position, working up to a Principal Consultant role. In 2022, La Crème rebranded under its parent company, Morgan McKinley. I now possess over five years of experience building strong client relationships, and recruiting top talent within the Business Support market in Dublin.
